"I love the style and quality of the bag but I made a mistake in buying one from the storeroom that was wrapped in plastic and not the one I had been looking at in the showroom. The wrapped purse turned out to be slightly wrapped and the bottom does not sit flat on the table. Instead it has little "feet" where the leather has shrunk back from the stitching. I should have taken it out of the wrapping and examined it before purchasing. My mistake, I guess. I live in Canada so I cannot drop by for a replacement."
"If you live in USA, I would suggest giving yourself several days to think it over before buying from this company. , better yet I’d suggest seeing if you can’t find a similar product with a different company. If you don’t like your purchase, too bad, you’re stuck with it. They say they allow returns, but they don’t. They won’t provide a return label and deduct shipping fees from your return. That’s too easy. They’ll make you figure out your own international shipping. USPS is not able to provide tracking once the package leaves the country. You have no way of proving it arrived back with merchant. You can try shipping back with FedEx but be prepared to pay about $100+. If you got your purse during a sale, $100+ return fee is pointless. And that’s exactly what this company wants from you. They want you to be stuck with an ugly purse you’ll never use. Return shipping without a return label from company could possibly cause you to lose all the money you paid as well as the ugly purse. I won’t shop here again. There’s far too many companies selling far better quality, then to put up with this nonsense. If you’re in the US, it’s probably best you skip this company altogether."
