Bought the mini satchel in
"Bought the mini satchel in red for our 10 year old granddaughter. The colour was beautiful and the personalisation was excellent but there it ends. Leather was extremely hard, especially the edges, buckles to close bag turn round when opened and the bag was enormous for a 10 year old. I know leather softens as it’s used but the leather was so firm I doubt it will ever soften. Unfortunately because I got the bag personalised I couldn’t return it so I’m left with it. Apologies for poor rating and bad review but my purchase was a waste of money, bag is in attic."
