"Beautiful bag, great quality, except the magnetic clasp is a little flimsy/weak and sometimes needs multiple attempts to close. I ordered two, one for my mum, and one clasp is definitely more effective than the other. The leather is very (very!) stiff and I hope it will soften with use. Also, at the personalisation stage, it would be useful to point out the colour of the hardware again - so you don’t end up with a silver inscription on a bag with gold hardware (not their fault, but just a detail that would be useful.)"

"I really love the quality and finish of this bag it is absolutely beautiful in person. I have found that it is a touch small at times, I can't have a medium sized purse and my phone in this bag at the same time, or add a foldable shopping bag with it, so I tend to use it mostly for when I'm going out to socialise rather than going shopping. That said, it looks great when I'm using it, it looks very sophisticated and I really love it."
