Pop pop popped stitches

"My partner bought me this bag over a year ago, I hadn't had ocassion to use it yet and oulled it out to realize with zero wear, it has a popped stitch on the top of the handle and two underneath it. It's my fault for not inspecting the bag immediately, but that is incredibly poor quality."

"It is a beautiful bag and is exactly as pictured but the cross-body strap is very flimsy and cheapens the bag so I had to return it. Without the strap, it is really lovely but not for me."

I like the style of

"I like the style of the bag and the grey undertones with some pink. The satchel is petite but surprisingly spacious for me: big iPhone, sunglasses, airpods, lipstick and pen. I also liked the additional strap so that I can use the bag in a crossbody style. I was surprised by the sturdiness of the bag. I think the color is neutral and I will carry this bag for several different occasions. I also like the gold tone hardware for the clasp that contracts with the grey leather handle, Great design. This is a very different bag. I am pleased"
