The bag takes a little getting used to but it doesn’t lose shape, looks structured and the finish is flawless. No stitch out of place and no discoloration anywhere. The strap has ample flexibility for all heights. I am thinking all I need is the tote bag for my laptop to accompany this satchel and I will have the perfect Cambridge Satchel work look!"
