I’ve adjusted the crossbody strap to the shortest length and the excess strap is all over the place and diminishes the overall lovely appearance of the bag. I had to buy a little snap on strap keeper on Amazon. My other Cambridge Satchel crossbody bags have a strap holder so not sure why this one doesn’t."
